Start at 8 AM Friday thru Sunday – 1 Round before Lunch and 1 afterwards. except for single round on Sunday.  7 Rounds of Swiss style play scored by game. Mayor Whit Whitley will welcome players, and w/newspaper coverage. Tournament Trophies and Plaque certificates will be awarded to top position winners and a players' diplomas presented to all players. Due to National status of event and ACF sanctioned tournament... An Elbert Lowder Memorial 11-Man souvenir will be presented to all tournament partakers.  Checker Memorabilia for this first time event !
